Guidelines

In our tax consultancy work, the following guidelines are the ones to which we pay the most attention:

«Those who are obliged to pay taxes also have the right to save them.»

The highest possible saving of taxes within the framework of the law is the legitimate aim of every tax-payer. We strive to achieve that goal with the use of our specialist knowledge and a longstanding relationship with the tax authorities based on transparency in the matter at hand and mutual respect in the way we communicate with each other.

«A solution might be brilliant from the point of view of corporation law, but under tax law, it can be disastrous.»

This statement was made by a renowned professor of law and a company director, and we completely agree with it. That is why, when the need arises, we cooperate with experts in civil law so that, together and proactively, we can develop possible solutions and implement them in tune with the specific needs of the client.

«A conflict of objectives with regard to the tax burden has to be solved in accordance with the preferences of the tax-payer.»

All-encompassing tax planning requires the definition of clear priorities by the client; saving a maximum amount of tax in the short term is not necessarily the optimal plan for the medium and long term.
